Hi! I'm Sarah.

I know what you desire most is to have a stress-free pregnancy and motherhood.  As a mom of 5, I get it.  With more than 10 years of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women who’ve felt their experience of motherhood was mediocre at best.  Whether you are feeling unfulfilled in your daily life, you are nervous about your pregnancy and how you will give birth, or you feel unsure as to how to best honor yourself or your child, our work together will lead you to the right choices for you. If you are feeling stressed out or overwhelmed, I can help.  By combining the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness with the inner work the way you feel in your motherhood journey will change. 

I love everything about my work, and I’m most excited about guiding women like you with practical tips to empower your unique journey of pregnancy and motherhood.  I’d be honored to partner with you, too!  Together we will get to the heart of the issue and create a plan for you to feel confident in your choices and joyful in your being.

As a mom...

I understand how overwhelming it can be when everyone shares their opinion on how you should be doing everything from what you should eat while pregnant to which toys are must haves if you want your child to be intelligent.  As a mom of 5, I know how unique your experience of motherhood is and how no one knows better than you what’s best for you and your child.

I believe you should have the tools you need to feel confident in your pregnancy, as you prepare for giving birth, and motherhood.  You are the expert when it comes to your needs and those of your child, I believe you can:

Sarah Gyampoh MSW, RYT, RPYT has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has completed a yoga training in Therapeutic Yoga and is also certified in both fertility and prenatal yoga. She is the creator of Birth with L.O.V.E., a conscious childbirth class and is the author of The Mindful Mother’s Way and Mommy’s Deep Breath.

She is a mom of five that believes every woman has the right to feel confident and calm in their journey of pregnancy and motherhood.  And that the science and wisdom of yoga and mindfulness offer the tools to guide women to that sacred place.
